Terms of Service

Contractual agreement between Applicant / Cyber Partner and LiveCyberCafe India

Statutory Non-Affiliation Declaration (Crucial Notice)

LiveCyberCafe IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY OR EXAMINATION BODY. We are a digital facilitation network connecting applicants with certified local cyber café operators and digital quality managers to assist in typing, uploading documents, formatting photo/signatures according to official specifications, and submitting forms on public examination portals (such as UPSC, SSC, NTA, IBPS, Railways, and State PSCs).

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or submitting an application through LiveCyberCafe ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our No Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from uploading documents or authorizing form filling.

2 Scope of Assisted Services & Two-Tier Quality Assurance

When you select an examination or recruitment notification on LiveCyberCafe, you are engaging our platform for assisted manual entry service:

Document Reading: A certified Cyber Café Partner operator reads your uploaded marksheets, identity certificates, and domicile documents directly.
Specification Resizing: The operator crops and resizes your photo, signature, and PDFs to conform strictly to the government portal's prescribed KB size and dimensions (e.g., 20KB-50KB JPG).
Manager Verification: A Regional Quality Manager conducts a side-by-side inspection before approving the release of the final PDF and fee receipt to your Customer Download Center.

3 Candidate Obligations & Truthfulness of Documents

The applicant bears sole legal responsibility for the veracity and authenticity of the documents provided:

  • You warrant that all uploaded academic marksheets, caste certificates, EWS affidavits, and identity proofs are genuine and legally issued by competent authorities.
  • You agree to review the application preview draft and verify that your category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS), date of birth, and examination center choices are correct.
  • LiveCyberCafe and its operators do not manufacture or modify academic marks, category certificates, or eligibility statuses. Any attempt to upload forged or tampered documents will result in permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.

4 Mandatory Post-Submission Candidate Verification & Sole Responsibility Clause

Mandatory Candidate Inspection Rule (Binding Legal Requirement)

Post-Submission Verification Obligation: Upon completion of the form entry by the Cyber Café Partner and upload of the Draft Application Preview / Final Review copy, it is the absolute and mandatory responsibility of the customer/candidate to thoroughly inspect, review, and verify all entered particulars prior to authorizing final official portal submission.

Particulars the Candidate Must Verify:
  • Candidate's Full Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name & Date of Birth (must exactly match Matriculation Certificate).
  • Reservation Category (GEN / EWS / OBC-NCL / SC / ST) and applicable quota concessions.
  • Gender, Domicile State, District, and Permanent Address details.
  • Examination Center Preferences and Post / Stream selections.
  • Uploaded photographs, signatures, marksheets, and supporting certificates for clarity and alignment.

Correction Window & Sole Liability: If the candidate notices any typo, error, omission, or discrepancy during the preview window, they must immediately use the "Request Correction / Enter Remark" action in their dashboard so the cyber café partner can rectify it before official portal submission.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Once the candidate approves the preview or allows final submission on the official government recruitment portal, LiveCyberCafe, its administrators, quality managers, and cyber café partners shall bear NO liability, legal responsibility, or financial obligation whatsoever for any rejection of candidature, withholding of admit cards, forfeiture of fees, or disqualification resulting from uncorrected errors or inaccurate information provided. Any issue arising post-completion remains entirely the customer's sole responsibility.

5 No Guarantee of Selection, Admit Cards, or Exam Performance

Explicit Disclaimer of Examination Outcomes

LiveCyberCafe guarantees ONLY the professional and diligent submission of your application on the designated official portal and the provision of the official confirmation receipt and application number.
