LiveCyberCafe Assisted Form Service & Customer Document Locker Platform
At LiveCyberCafe, we consider the privacy and security of your government identity cards (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID), academic marksheets, caste/income certificates, photographs, and signatures to be our highest priority. Your documents are used strictly and exclusively for filling the specific examinations or recruitment applications you authorize. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing agency.

This Privacy Policy describes how LiveCyberCafe India ("LiveCyberCafe", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, processes, and safeguards the personal and sensitive data of candidates, applicants, and cyber café partners using our website, mobile interface, and assisted form-filling platform.
This policy is formulated in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of the Republic of India.

3 How We Use Your Information
Your data is processed strictly for legitimate assisted services, including:
Enabling verified Cyber Café Operators to manually enter your exact data into the respective official examination portals (e.g., SSC, UPSC, NTA, IBPS, State PSCs).
Allowing Regional Quality Managers to perform side-by-side verification of submitted portal data against your original documents before final release.
Sending email notifications with tracking numbers, final registration numbers, fee receipts, and admit card dates.
Holding verified documents in your personal locker so you do not need to re-upload certificates for subsequent government exams.
4 Data Security & Cyber Café Operator Non-Disclosure (NDA)
Every cyber café partner affiliated with LiveCyberCafe undergoes strict physical and digital KYC verification. Operators sign a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prohibiting unauthorized copying, downloading, or forwarding of applicant identity documents.
Every access to an applicant's marksheets, photographs, or application details is logged with operator ID, IP address, timestamp, and device fingerprint in our immutable Cloud Audit Log. Any misuse leads to immediate suspension, forfeiture of partner deposits, and reporting under Section 66C and 72A of the IT Act.
